1. Scope of Application
The traveling tripper is a non-standard customized equipment arranged on the top of the silo and designed separately according to the requirements of different stockyards. It is used to stack limestone, sandstone, raw coal and other bulk materials in the silo through the preset stacking process to achieve the purpose of storage, mixing, etc. It is mainly used in linear material storage yards of metallurgy, mining, building materials, chemical industry, cement and other industries.
2.Equipment Process and Structure
Fixed point stacking or continuous composite stacking can be adopted according to the process requirements of the stockyard.
Common equipment can be divided into chute (without cantilever) unloader, two-way fixed boom stacker, one-way fixed boom stacker, etc. according to the structure.
3. Product Introduction
Our company began to develop the side boom stacker in 1990. Now we have developed products of various forms, stacking capacity, bandwidth and arm length, and now we have independent intellectual property rights.

The control can realize the integration of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems to the unmanned operation of the whole machine.

Domestic: Rizhao coke ovens, Jiulong Paper, Gansu Jiugang, etc., 18 sets.
Foreign Countries: 6 sets for projects in Australia, Serbia and Philippines.
